Brought my 2006 Chevy HHR in for a problem with the power steering. I was told that the power steering assist motor was covered under a factory recall. I was also told that they were booked up for about a week. I told the service manager that I would be leaving the state for a few days and asked if there was any way they could squeeze it in if possible. He said if I left my car there he would see what he could do. A few hours later, I got the call from them and said my car was ready to go. I can't say enough about how Karl Tyler Chevrolet went the extra mile for me. Thanks for a job well done guys!
