Brian T. was professional, friendly and did an exceptional job fixing the broken spring on my garage door. Figures everything starts breaking right when its out of warranty! He also noticed missing screws and the spring and cable on the other door was out of whack and fixed that too. Weird because I just had used the Val-pak $99 coupon for a service tune-up a few months ago! From now on I will be requesting Brian only!
