I'm rather annoyed with this place at the moment. I sent an e-mail to the person who handled my case a few days ago, voicing interest with a position on their website. I heard nothing back so I contacted her by phone only to learn that she was no longer working with this company. I was transferred to Barb and asked about the position I was interested in. She gave me information about it, yes, but when I voiced my frustration that I wasn't informed my former caseworker/person was no longer there, she quickly cut me off and said she had a client on the line and had to let me go.

Wasn't I a client on the line with her at that time? To be so easily dismissed without explanation as to what steps I should take next or if I needed to be put in touch with someone else was incredibly frustrating and a little bit insulting. It's not very encouraging towards opening any options for me when they don't contact their other clients when situations change. I never would have known about the situation with the position that interested me if I hadn't contacted them on my own.

This interaction really disappointed me.
