I had a 10:30 am appointment for an oil change. Took way longer than it should've. They verified my appointment several times via e-mail as well as a phone call the day before, overkill. The "express oil change" took over an hour an a half, and I only found out my car was ready when I enquired about it! Service advisor Steele is his first name, seemed to have an attitude towards me and definitely gave off a bad vibe! Steele, excuse me, a long time customer, from bothering you.....jeez! NOT someone I'd have working for me! I've owned 7 Hondas in a row. Although I didn't buy them all there, I did bring them all there for service! I'm changing my mind about that. I really walked away from there today with a bad vibe from them. Ruined my morning!! "Service Department" that's the first word in the department... "SERVICE"! Bob Lindsay Honda...I think you're forgetting the definition of that word. I can buy and have my cars serviced anywhere....with car sales being down and economy being questionable... you'll have to EARN my business for me to ever come back there again! Terrible, terrible service!
