Really impressed with the service dept. contact. Her name is Heather and since the courtesy vehicle was all ready running an hour behind and I had an appt. in 2hrs. to donate platelets at the Mt. Pl. Red Cross, she expedited my service in order to make sure I didn't miss a life saving appt. Very professional, friendly and customer oriented. Thanks!
