Dress well if you're coming here. Came in straight after work and was told the wait time would be an hour. Less the ten minutes into the wait a well dressed man came in with an attitude and the took him right back to look at his iPad. BS. Next time I'll take the longer drive to the Leawood location. God, I hate the Plaza and Plaza people.
