Nice place for relax vacation. All level of staff are super friendly and caring. Good job to GM Renaissance. I spotted two of your hardworking staff. They are Mdm Koy (Local Vore Restaurant) and Mr Denis (kids swimming pool). Thank you for their great hospitality and other staff as well. Mr GM, you are great leader that able to cultivate all level of staff to have same mission of Renaissance. Good job. Shall meet you all again. Thank you.
