Every time I call, the rep is very pleasant, courteous and helpful. It's truly the dissemination of a company culture to be kind and helpful to all customers. Every rep has treated me with the same non judgemental courtesy with an objective view to my situation. Your training seems to work and the objectives you seem to instill in your reps works! Thank you for your help and support. I find myself in a delicate situation and all of you have been extremely understanding and helpful.
