This was the very best buying experience I have ever had. We went into the store and were met by friendly and knowledgable staff that did not use high pressure tactics to make a sale. Kaine Noble provided excellent customer service and directed us to Chris, who helped us get an unbeatable deal on our very first bike. Kaine then took us to JD who knew everything there was to know about what we needed to make the bike comfortable for two and took care of ordering all of the necessary parts. Kaine then took us to meet two very friendly ladies in apparel that sized us for the perfect helmets. Kaine stayed with us answering all of our questions during the entire buying process. Lastly, they threw a little mini party and honked the horns of the Harleys and everyone clapped and congratulated us face to face on our purchase. Did I mention there was free food and BEER?
It is apparent that the team at Mid America Harley in Columbia, MO wants to make customers for life and will not rest until the customer is completely satisfied.
