I always take my bike to Thunder Road even though ...

I always take my bike to Thunder Road even though I live 50 miles away. Why? Because there is no dealer closer to me that treats their bike as they would their own.
I had a service and MOT. While I waited They gave me a voucher for a cuppa and I went upstairs for a breakfast.
When the bike was ready they made sure I was happy and even followed up a few days later to check everything was ok.
Why can't all places provide this level of customer care?
