Terrible service I had my car fixed because the air was not working and the car was shaking when going uphill The initial diagnosis was the broken evaporator, A broken plate and the stretched drive belt. After three weeks of continuous calls, in which they told me one thing and the other. I still have the same problem after I go to look for it because they call me that it was ready. To my surprise the air is still not cool and even with a noise that I did not have. When I make my claim, a supervisor agrees, they leave me more than an hour waiting for an answer. Finally, the service manager gives me a different diagnosis than the first time and that I take the car that they were going to call me when I arrive the piece so I took my car again. I ask him if they fixed the noise, he tells me that it was something that they had left loose. WHAT KIND OF MECHANIC? And they are a certified mechanic from the car company that sells NISSAN, they are so unprofessional that they give me the car without confirming that it was NOT working well.
