After reading all the bad reviews, I have to say they were wrong. The trip from the airport was great. They needed newer shuttles but overall the shuttle was not in bad shape and was cool inside which mattered. The shuttle driver took my bags inside the rental terminal for me. There was no line and since i pre-paid the rental was super fast. They even upgraded me for free and brought the car up to the door with it running. The only two things I would suggest is they need to ask to help you with luggage into the car and maybe have a cold water available especially during the hot summer of San Antonio. I will use these guys again. Please make sure you look over alot of the negative reviews as I think they were made by disgruntled people and not the everyday rental.
