Super nice hotel! Nice employees. We slept in the Africa suite, the steam shower did not work the first night. The manager came to look very quickly after we called. Unfortunately it was not possible to make the shower that night. So we received our dinner as a compensation. How nice that something could be arranged in this way. We could choose from several options and this was the best for us. Thank you for the manager who helped us and the rest of van der valk for a wonderful weekend away during the Corona time. The environment is also great!
