So I wanted to book a cruise through VTG. Called around 1140pm on a Tuesday. The representative was calm but clearly annoyed that I was asking ANYquestions at all including asking about other rooms available in other areas other than the one he came up with. Passive aggressively rude throughout the conversation. Very disappointed. Really wanted to like these guys. I guess I will go elsewhere.
