I saw the vehicle I was interested in online and messaged them. Rhuben responded very rapidly and clearly to my message. When I arrived at the dealership there were employees directing traffic and the parking lot was easy to navigate. The first salesperson to approach me was Rhuben and he politely asked how he could help. The entire staff was helpful, interested in my needs, direct and polite. I even chatted with the woman cleaning offices and she was a delight! Get that woman a new vacuum, Poe Toyota. Overall wonderful experience, Rhuben was an absolute delight, and the waiting area was clean and welcoming. Thanks Poe Toyota!!
