If luxurious and five-star quality is what you're looking for, this isn't the place. Nothing horrible but nothing exceptional other than World Series of Poker makes it worth a trip. Serviceable hotel, rooms are aged and in need of an update it likely won't get. One of the two sinks in my room didn't have cold water. However, they are an all-suite hotel so rooms are spacious. In-room microwave and refrigerator are a plus.

Casino is about the norm for a Vegas Caesar's property. Horrible table games rules except for high limit. WSOP is here so poker action is excellent. Otherwise poker would not be mentionable except for nice promotions. Slots appears to have reasonable payback relative to strip casinos, but that's strictly based on the feel of value for time played.

Restaurants are decent, nothing outstanding. Decent Pho at Vietnamese restaurant, pizza is really good at snack bar.

Customer service is hit and miss, leans towards the miss. As with most casinos, if you're a high roller you'll get great customer service. Otherwise it's a roll of the dice on what type of service you'll find. Karl at the front desk stood out as excellent in his help with multiple customers using the kiosks to check in.
