It's a little run down, including our expensive suite. Buffet not open for breakfast or lunch. Limited food choices so you have to go elsewhere to eat if staying a long time like we did. Only one hot tub working which they have 3. I love the Rio, just sad to watch its decline each year from limited maintenance. Come on Caesar's, look after this gem!
