Worst company ever. They should not be a Samsung authorized dealer. They rob people. They are making money by saying that the phone is physically damaged and water damaged. I sent in my new Samsung S7 phone only 2 months old. Phone never dropped or water damage. Phone had network issue that it drops calls more often. Futuretel said that the "CUSTOMER TAMPERED THE MAIN BOARD" Absolutely stunt by their comment. I don't even know how to open this phone or to do any repair. They sent an estimate of $700 to fix. This is how they make money. This company is big scam. Totally disappointed with Samsung & Futuretel. I am taking this matter further. I have contacted
