Shocking service took a day off work to accept delivery only to be told it would be in the next 48 hours,well I don't know about anyone else but staying in for two days for a cooker hood ain't an option .I also have to wait for five days for a refund ,well Electrical Mark you won't be getting my custom again thanks for nowt...........
