We worked with Yan Borges and he is a superstar! He was very responsive and easy to get ahold of via phone, email, or text. He worked on our refinance quickly and was knowledgeable about the process and the specific documents that we needed. We started our process before Covid-19 hit, and with all of the curveballs thrown at the process in the middle of our refi, Yan was able to adapt and modify our paperwork swiftly and with ease.
