The owner/manager of this company hasn't got a clu...

The owner/manager of this company hasn't got a clue what customer service means. He came to my facility to repair a gate operator and due to the age of the operator and lack of available parts he suggested that it should be replaced. I requested a quote and after multiple attempts to contact him with no replies to emails or phone messages i finally received a quote a month later. I was happy with the quote and gave a 50% deposit. Tony said that the operator was ordered and would be installed within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks had passed I again tried contacting him for a status update. he said the operator was received but could not be installed due to extreme cold temperatures. Another week passed and I tried contacting Tony again with no replies. I finally talked to another employee who told me that the operator had not even been shipped. another week went by and I finally got a hold of Tony and requested my deposit back. Another 1 1/2 weeks went by and i finally saw my refund.
Called Phoenix fence and now have a new operator.
