One of the worst with respect to customer service ...

One of the worst with respect to customer service and attitude. It completely shuttered everything we assumed about the swiss. I should say that the hotel was flooded with airline passengers whose flights were canceled because of the weather. However they did not treat us nicely, they did not provide consistant answers to our questions (I.e., what time does the shuttle leave?). They told us to go back to the airport to get another voucher (the room they gave us did not have enough beds) when we had no way getting there and back in a reasonable time after standing in line the whole day. All that, when they knew they had no rooms left!!!
Hoever, the buffet dinner was nice, and the place seems to be nice.
