Staff was rude, not very knowledgeable about products(drops, materials, cushioning, weight, etc). This store was a major disappointment. I ve been to NIKE Running stores throughout the country, but all in major cities.
This store is definitely not the same. It may have the same products and same typical layout, but the vibe is off. The staff were all so off-putting. I never once felt welcome while I was there. None of them asked anything about what I was looking for or anything about myself(I m a marathon runner who has run 54 races). I m glad I walked out and went over to Eugene Running Company. Nike should really consider shutting this location down or start with a whole new staff who actually care about runners and their needs.
