Kids, grandkids and friends joined us for our annual jaunt to Todd Mission, Texas to celebrate my birthday by enjoying the wonderful music, amazing food, unique shops and beautifully costumed crowd you just can't find anywhere else but at the Texas Renaissance Festival! Seemed to me that more folks dressed in costume this year then ever before. We always begin with the family favorites: Scottish Eggs and steak on a stick, then head over to the Globe for a show. The kids love the Fairy Garden and Neptune's Swing- and we always end up at the end of the day at The Agora for gyros and to watch the kids join the belly dancers on stage! So much to see- every year we arrive earlier and stay later and still want to go back for more. We shall return! Huzzah!!!!
