I ordered a print online. Days after it was supposed to show up, nothing. I called the store and there was no record of my purchase. They took my money though... Apparently sometimes their system drops orders. Seriously?? So, I got it resolved, but I am giving one star because even though the guy working in that section did follow up with me, the manager did not seem to care. No apology, or discount or expedited shipping was offered. Poor customer service, especially when they failed in the first place.
