Clean, well-kept facilities with welcoming staff and friendly trainers. They have a towel service, lockers, showers, indoor pool (kid-friendly pool, too). Complete with a weight floor, cardio equipment, exercise classes, boot camps and training camps! Great environment - i love coming to workout with my family.
