It was an interesting experience. I am a first time car buyer and pretty inexperienced. The girl at the reception was nice to match me with a salesperson even though I was a walk-in. I openly expressed to the advisor that it would be my first car. I didn t need it to be really nice and I wanted to know the lowest monthly lease rate. The advisor did show me the lowest rate on the website, but he also said something like oh if you don t have money, this model is your only option. I got what he meant - limited budget, limited choices. But the way he worded it made me super uncomfortable. When I m done with my test drive, I just waited by the entrance inside for the advisor as instructed by the receptionist. He saw me, walked towards me, stopped for a few seconds, and then headed straight to the table we sat by before the test drive (he was on the phone the whole time talking to client I assumed) . He didn t acknowledge me at all and I stood there for 3-5 minutes awkwardly. I was quite confused and felt ignored. Overall the dealership is accommodating because I got to talk to the advisor and had a test drive without an appointment. Two stars for that. Terrible interaction with the salesperson thou.
