Checked-in today and notified at 5:00 PM that the pool area would be closed for the day tomorrow. We selected this hotel because of the beautiful outdoor area and there was no advanced notice. Spoke with the Manager on Duty who was extremely arrogant there is nothing we can do it has been booked for a private party. I would expect a Waldorf property to provide an advance notice so another hotel could be reserved. We were told, Oh you are very lucky the pool was even open today because of the good weather.

The hotel does not deliver the quality of service you would expect from either a Waldorf or Hilton facility. The property is beautiful, if you can use it. Be careful booking because there is no advance notice of closures. Better to select a more modestly price propoerty and forgo the facilities as they are restricted availability without notice.
