Mike the service rep was great. The problem is that Chevy knows there is a problem with equinox engines and oil consumption and was not transparent about it, gave warnings to consumers, and now refuse to do anything when it causes the engine to die. I will probably never get a Chevy again after having been a Chevy customer for at least 8 years.
