On 10/14 I had an appointment with the specialist doctor, I made an appointment first thing in the morning to avoid the inevitable delays (which many times is logical, others not) My surprise that the doctor is late.
I try to contact the laboratory, it is mission IMPOSSIBLE, AND THE RECEPTION EACH DAY MORE KIND.
Gentlemen, I have 24 calls it is maddening, Hiring more staff, we are paying for a service that is worse every day.
10/29 I still can't request an appointment, it's a shame .....
