I work in very high end restaurants, this wasn't my first rodeo. The owner racially profiled my table by staring at us the entire time to make sure we didn't dine and dash. Another (white) couple who was the same age as us was greeted by the owner. After greeting them he checked in on our table to see how we were doing, but this was after we paid our tab. The server was subpar, the host and busser were both attentive and the hardest workers at the restaurant. Also, our steaks were not cooked to our liking and not worth what we paid. The Capital Grille is a better restaurant over all.
