I went there to look at a used Tacoma however I did not know how upside down I was on the car I currently had. The salesman kept trying to sell me two cars instead of one but we declined. He was unable to get the numbers where we wanted them so we declined the truck as we did not "need" to make the deal. So his next suggestion was that we let the bank repossess the car. I could not believe the lack of ethics from what I considered to be a professional at the time. I expect this kind of behavior from a corner lot shade tree dealership but not from a major Toyota dealer. This all happened in November of 2015 and the salesman called me about a month ago trying to get me to buy from him. I then left to go to mac haik where I bought a brand new tundra and had an excellent experience. All I can say is be very careful before you buy from them and make sure they are not trying to screw you over.
