I ve been dealing with Jake Croft for several months now both as a candidate for a role which he contacted me for and also as a manager I ve been recruiting for staff for in the role he originally placed me for.

Jake contacted me in August 2019 about a role he felt I would be a good fit for, I found his telephone manner polite, professional, friendly and very engaging. After finding out my availability and discussing the role and my suitability for it and confirming my interest in it we agreed on next steps and further communication. Jake kept me up to date at all stages, liaised with the prospective employer when I disappeared off for 2 weeks holiday when they were interviewing and kept the opportunity live for me. At the interview stage Jake was very quick to get back to me with news of how I was progressing and when he phone to tell me I had been successful in my application he was genuinely and sincerely pleased in his congratulations. Upon commencement in my new role I received a welcome pack from Jake.

As a department manager with the company Jake placed me with we ve had to recruit new staff as we re enjoying a period of growth, we tasked Jake with finding potential candidates for 1st, 2nd and 3rd support engineers and I m impressed with the people he s been sending us. Our requirement is very specific and Jake has delivered, he s vetted the CVs and we re able to interview all the applicants put forward to us, he s saved us a tremendous amount of time, we ve taken staff on and they are excellent. I have a great deal of trust and faith in Jake.

Jake is an exceptional person to deal with on both sides of the recruitment process and is an absolute credit to his employer. I really cannot commend him highly enough.
