I would like to express my gratitude to your professional attitude, kindness, speed and top notch performance over a time period of about 24 hours, between July 13 and 14, 2017.
This started with Lorenzo, followed by technician Ricardo coming out on time as agreed and did the analysis of the AC system that had failed abruptly. The results became obvious and the third team member arrived shortly, Lance Wulfsohn, to do the final diagnostics and propose the long term solution, settled in less than 45 minutes. In addition financing was available for 36 months at 0% APR over 36 months.
In between, the Coolray Dispatch team assured the seamless communication within the team and us as the customers. Needless to say that we have put a maintenance contract in place with remarkable advantages.
