I ordered a desk at the beginning of February knowing that they are overwhelmed with orders right now due to more and more people working from home. I received the desktop and a few smaller pieces first and waited a month until I finally tracked the packages to see whether they were in transit yet and it said they had been delivered along with the rest of the desk. This was not the case so I contacted uplift and spoke with Abigail Villegas and she was quick to sort out the problem. She got the rest of my ordered shipped to my place pretty much the next day. I live in an apartment complex with a mail room that is constantly overflowing with packages so maybe fedex did not have room to leave the packages but still left them as delivered. Luckily I did not have to deal with calling them as I said before, Abigail took care of everything.
