Frustrating experience! We went to the dealership ...

Frustrating experience! We went to the dealership & with the help of the salesman, we found the perfect car with the features we wanted, but decided to go home and talk about it first before buying. We decided it was the one, so went back to Jack Powell's the next day and of course the car had "just" been sold, BUT there was one "exactly" like it-- but it was a newer model. We gave it a guick once over and made the decision to buy it... That was a mistake. We got an ok price for it and they threw in the gold EVTS (but they didn't bother to mention there's a $250 yearly fee for it- thanks a lot). We get home and try to get EVTS activated but... wait, they "forgot" to install it, and we noticed the radio didn't have Sirius as we were told it did. We drive 45 min back to the dealership a couple of days later (the soonest we could get there), and they install the EVTS but tell us that we're out of luck with Sirius, too bad. But they offer to sell us one for $2000. REALLY? They told us the 2nd car had the exact same features as the 1st one so we didn't feel the need to go over it with a fine tooth comb- the lady doing our paperwork at the end of the day even mentioned it having Sirius, so what the heck? We specifically said we wanted Sirius in the vehicle! And the nerve to say they'll put one in if we buy it for $2000! I'm beyond disgusted and feel like we were deceived. And to top things off, our EVTS STILL doesn't work- the "blinking blue light" just sits there, a non-blinking, non-blue light. So now we will have to do another 45 minute drive back to the dealership, and we won't be listening to Sirius.
