Had not bought new cars since 1983 and 1985, so this was going to be interesting. The cars at Austin Infiniti sell themselves, but it did not hurt at all to have people who knew the product, the competition and the post-sale services help educate me as to why buying from Austin Infiniti was beneficial.

Most of all, I liked being treated like a regular person. No condescension, no treating m like I was hard of hearing or senile and extremely respectful of my questions.
