I live in El Paso Tx. My husband and I purchased a Proform 720 Eliptical from the Academy Store. Assemblers Inc. contacted us on the very same day of purchase to schedule an appointment for an Assembler Technician to come to our home. Thereafter, happy to say we met Gilbert who had come to assemble our Proform 720 Eliptical. He was so polite and very nice. He assembled our new Eliptical to a perfection. And went out of his way and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with his fantastic knowledge and precision. Fantastic Customer Service I could not have asked for anyone but Assemblers Inc to do the assembly for us.
