I would actually like to consider a class action l...

I would actually like to consider a class action lawsuit if anyone else is open to the possibility for the following reasons:

1. Failure to notify customers of re-opening facilities.

2. Charging multitudes of customers while facilities are closed, or opened despite travel times being excessive.

3. Continuing to charge clients who abdicated to renew contracts.

4. Pending audit of customer service calls, accountability of not only false statements, failure to comply with legal requests, failure to reimburse charges illegally charged to clients accounts.

These failures are purely my experience, and I am sure many others have the same or different experiences. Based on the numbers of people i've seen expressing similar issues, AND a lack of corporate response I believe that perhaps the above mentioned possibility may be the only solution. I would warmly welcome any solution to the above mentioned issues, however at this point I would need to insist firmly on emailed confirmation of resolution plans.
