I was Invited for a few interviews at CTMS last year for a sales job. They seemed like a good bunch of people, who've created a very friendly but controlled environment. After speaking with the owners i noticed that the chances of progression are quite slim there. Be very wary of them, as they might get along well but they don't keep to their words and you might also find yourself in a pickle if there is some level of commitment involved.
