Krzysztof was over this afternoon for a spring AC maintenance visit. It would have helped to have some communication from him or the Shavitz office that he was running way behind in his previous stop due to unavoidable delays and wouldn't be here anywhere near when we were told he would be.

Once he got here though, he pointed out several controls in our mechanical closet that we had never been shown by previous contractors, he answered all our questions patiently and had suggestions that could help us with air flow problems we've had in our unit.

Kryzysztof was extremely easy to talk to and we're looking forward to seeing him at our furnace maintenance visit this fall.
