This was my first home purchase. I could not have had a better experience. Jeremy guided me throughout the entire process and was straight-forward from the get-go. He analyzed my finances and told me exactly what I qualified for, no run-around or guessing games. I went out to look at homes the next day with the utmost confidence. I submitted an offer with a 30-day close, not considering that Veterans' day and Thanksgiving would probably not make it possible. In light of this, Jeremy helped me get all my ducks in a row and we were able to close on time! Being in the real estate industry myself in past years, I can attest that very few funding transactions are as smooth as mine. Jeremy's professionalism and attentive character merit my highest recommendation. Just to give you an idea, he took my call to answer my questions in the middle of his brother's wedding.
