Disappointing experience. In a half-full restaurant with enough staff, I waited 45 minutes for two drinks. The ticket machine was broken. That can happen of course, apologies were made quickly and it was resolved. Then ordered a drink board, still 45 minutes later still not received. Reported to the ministry, nothing was done with it. Response was simply "okay." At checkout there were all kinds of drinks on the receipt that we had not consumed. All in all, not worth repeating.
