I ordered a pair of sneakers on August 8, and guess what, after calling your hotline and waiting forever, I was advised that the order has not left your warehouse. On AUGUST 28! And you dare to charge the shipping fee? Should have gone to Amazon or eBay! Terrible service for such a big brand!
