Had to put to rest my loving and affectionate 14+ year old cats on the very same day. I fought doing so for months as their agony and mine persevered. Not only was the staff kind and compassionate, but comforting, concerned and supportive. I just received a sympathy card from the staff that handled everything. I must say they've truly been a great comfort throughout this tough time.
