This was supposed to be our honeymoon trip, which was canceled due to Covid-19. A worldwide pandemic should override existing policy and we should have been offered a refund. We were planning to stay at a total of 3 places around Bali. The airline and 2 other properties gave us a full refund despite their no-refund policies. This hotel is taking advantage of something that is completely out of our control. Our airline cancelled our flight there is no way of us physically getting there, they know they aren t receiving flights and still will not refund us. They are an added stress to replanning a whole wedding and honeymoon next year. Very disappointed.
