The Virginia State Bar is supposed to represent the general public for free. Probono services are supposed to be provided to everyone and this is false. They attempt to charge 35 dollars to talk to a lawyer for 30 minutes via telephone and they did not provide free representation as they State. Furthermore the employment commission provides their number to the general public for appeals with misinformation about their free legal services. It's not free! They do not help people!!!
