The worst customer services ever. I used to be a loyal customer and everywhere I could I used PayPal to pay for online purchases. Thought it is safe and a good option to protect my CC card, What hidden behind their customer services changed my mind.
I purchased a water proof ipod from a seller(who described it as water proof), opened up a dispute due to iPod stopped working within 2 weeks due to water damage. Received a partial refund offer which I declined and as a result PayPal decided that the product is as described(wrong no 1). OK, so I appealed for a refund as I already sent the product to the seller and I have no money or product, Paypal requested the tracking no that I don't have anymore. I asked them to look at the partial refund details as the seller stated there that he received only the iPod(which means he got it back) - but like robots reading from scripts they requested the tracking number(wrong no 2).

In other words the seller is the king and he gets money for free, and I as a customer gets to be robed and PayPal are helping the robber. So now it's time for me to tell my story about them everywhere online.
