The total experience at Covert Dodge/Jeep/Ram was very positive. It has a nice, clean environment, no pressure, big selection, even the paperwork phase was the easiest and fastest I have ever experienced.

Edgar Cruz was my sales person. He is very knowledgeable in the products he sells and was very helpful in explaining all the features before and after the purchase. He also set up all the phone and app systems for me before I left which was nice. He is also an experienced 'car guy' so you can talk about the real life performance aspects of the vehicles if you care about such things.

I would have a given this experience 5 stars but what ever department that is responsible for the final prep should have noted that the owner's manual and window sticker were missing. You need the manual up front so you can read about and not void the warranty as soon as you drive off the lot, which is always tempting in a SRT product (break-in period). There ought to be a checklist for such things. Edgar acted on it right away however and has ordered new ones for me.
