This is our building Ambassador in Bay Harbor Island a complete disgrace especially for this well sought after amazing neighborhood. Urban Resource LLC Is our property management company and obviously they don t care for the owners or tenants who live here, Along with other issues elevator has been broken for 4 weeks and we also have cat urine smell everywhere from the 4-5 stray cats. This company also runs as Real estate company under the Broker Luara Veitia in Miami Beach.
